Entry guidelines

This element will be maintained manually, since the database will not be able to make a distinction between when a record has been altered due to a comprehensive review or just modified. The date should be recorded by the cataloguer whenever a full review of the record has been carried out.

The date will be recorded in the ISO 8601 format, e.g. 1982-08-13
