Entry guidelines

The resource may be available in more than one medium. If the cataloguer is aware of alternative media then the existence of non-web based versions of the resource can be recorded for this element.

This element can also be used to indicate when a resource is not web based in itself but is available in another format, such as on CD-ROM, and has a web presence.
